Support Meetings

 

Our support meetings are held  twice a month.

Our next Support Meeting will be held on Wednesday 15th April 2026 - 2 pm to 4 pm.

The venue is the Sports Fitness Hub, Elphinstone Road, Hastings.

The meetings consist of an invited speaker, a fun general knowledge quiz, a raffle and a seated Yoga session.

There is parking on site.

Spouses, partners and carers are all  welcome.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance Programme

A new weekly PR programme is now available at The Fitness Hub in Elphinstone Road, Hastings ​​​​​​​​and if you would like to join the exercise maintenance programme it is necessary  that you are referred either by the Respiratory Team (if you have already completed an NHS RESPS programme)  or your GP surgery or Consultant.

Please note that it will not be possible to join our programme without a referral. Our referral forms are with the RESPS Team and GP surgeries. If you have a problem obtaining a form, please contact us.

Social Get Together​

​

​Arthur has arranged a fun Social Get-Together on Sunday April 26th from 1 till 3 pm for Darts/Games and Chat.

The venue is Hastings Football Club, The Pilot Field, Elphinstone Road,  TN34 2AX.

​

Entry is £10 per person or £15 for a couple.

​

A buffet has been arranged but please purchase drinks from the bar.

​

Everyone is welcome to come along, bring family and friends!

​

It promises to be an afternoon of fun and laughter so come along!
